CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Only if you havent placed any payment yet. The moment your paymet is processed, we will organize packing and shipping for you.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Shipping will be calculated during the negotiations and you will have to pay shipping extra. We represent many sellers around the world and each time we ship something, postage and carriers change to suit your needs, delivery times and charges. We are glad to bring our customers great value and service so this is always calculated separately.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

You will receive an email or message with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept bank transfers, contact us to make you an invoice with bank instructions in US dollars and Euro currency. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer through PayPal will come to an effect soon.
